As a Team Leader and Chartered Accountant, Tracey brings a background in financial management and property accounting to my role. Over the past two years as a Property Management Trust Accountant with Realty Services Group, she's focused on delivering reliable support to both tenants and property owners. Before joining Realty, Tracey spent six years with a Big Four accounting firm in Tauranga, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting and business practices.
Outside of work, Tracey is a parent to five children, which has strengthened her appreciation for balance, teamwork, and resilience. She also enjoys pottery as a way to relax and express creativity.
