Her Difference is…Making a Difference

While originally working as an accountant, it was ten years in the health industry in human resources and as Assistant Facility Co-ordinator for one of Tauranga’s larger private hospitals that demonstrated to Max how much she loved the people focus. “Our mission was to make a difference, for the 117 residents and for 170 staff.”

Almost as challenging as managing multiple rental properties!
Max came to her Property Management role with Eves equipped with the zeal to make a difference, a background in buying and renovating properties and current ownership of a rental. Property management embraces all the skills she enjoys:

– working with people, being highly organised, communicating, having a laugh!
– solving problems, thinking outside the square, always outcome focussed.
– making things work financially and practically for her clients, achieving goals.

Max approaches her Property Management career with a commitment to continual education to ensure she is always up with the play in an evolving industry. She acknowledges the value of belonging to a team like Eves for the wealth of knowledge and experience they share for the benefit of their landlords.
